Engineering demands in automotive—how we respond

Automotive parts must withstand mechanical stress, thermal variation and dynamic loads while maintaining performance and durability. Typical challenges include hundredth-millimetre tolerances (±0.01 mm), optimised surface finishes to minimise friction/wear, and the use of high-performance materials such as high-strength steels and light alloys.
Our approach combines advanced CNC machinery with automated, data-driven processes to ensure efficient series production, continuous monitoring and compliance with sector standards.

Materials include carburising steel 38NiCrD4 (38NCD4) and 7075 aluminium (ergal, note: “ergal” is less common as a term in English), plus stainless steels, brass and selected engineering plastics.

Our production processes

Orders are fully monitored and traceable with statistical controls. We operate under UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 and maintain rigorous in-process and final inspections.

Starting from the customer’s drawing, we validate geometry, materials and tolerances, then define the most efficient process plan for series production—covering turning, milling, deburring and finishing—to ensure parts are delivered on-spec and on-time.
